We built Israel's first AI-Native law firm
On an advanced American model — partner-led, low-leverage, senior-leverage. We come to it from our previous home, Herzog Fox & Neeman, with ranked elite partners and front-line experience in the Israeli legal market.
01
The Infrastructure
An AI-Native firm is not a firm that added AI tools. It is a firm designed from the outset around deep, capital-intensive technological infrastructure. Ours is developed and operated as part of a technology ecosystem we built alongside the firm, through our own technology company, and it replaces part of the execution leverage once supplied by a wide pyramid of junior lawyers.
02
The Model
So we built a partner-heavy model: roughly 80% of the firm's lawyers are ranked elite partners, and the model is built to scale by adding partners and senior specialists — not by enlarging a pyramid of associates.
03
The Context
This is part of a broader infrastructural shift that AI is driving across the professions — much as the internet moved from being a tool to being the infrastructure on which new business models were built. The combination of senior partners, a law firm, and dedicated technological infrastructure produces professional force, analytical sharpness, and asymmetric capability. Technology supplies the scale and the depth of processing; the partners supply the expertise, the judgment, the strategy, and the professional responsibility.
