Biography
Dana Hasson focuses on competition law, internal investigations and regulatory risk. Before entering private practice, she spent more than a decade in the Investigations and Intelligence Department of the Israel Competition Authority, where she led a team handling complex antitrust investigations and enforcement initiatives.
She represents companies and corporate officers in competition law enforcement proceedings and investigations, and draws on that enforcement background to advise on internal investigations, regulatory-risk management and strategic responses to high-scrutiny events. Her work includes fact development, interview and document-review strategy, issue mapping and the preparation of defensible findings and decision materials.
She holds an LL.B., B.A. and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is admitted to the Israel Bar.
