Biography
Philippe Lipschutz focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing, investment transactions and cross-border corporate matters. He advises on the structuring, negotiation and execution of domestic and international transactions and brings prior experience in tenders, project finance, infrastructure and energy matters.
His practice also includes technology, privacy and data-protection issues. He holds professional credentials in privacy and data protection, including EXIN certification and DPO training through Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law.
Before joining the current team, he began at Balter, Guth, Aloni & Co. in 2021 and later practiced at Herzog Fox & Neeman, Levy Meidan & Co. and M. Firon & Co. His work combines transaction execution with disciplined identification of regulatory, contractual and operational risk.
