Adi Yehezkiel-Yaffe focuses on corporate law, capital markets, securities and commercial real estate. She advises public and private companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, including on corporate governance, securities offerings, ongoing disclosure, interaction with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and commercial and financing agreements.

Her real-estate work includes commercial and private transactions, leases, construction projects and urban-renewal matters. She also participates in cross-practice mandates involving white-collar, regulatory and Special Solutions considerations.

Her prior experience includes partnership roles at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne’eman Keynan and at another leading Israeli law firm, following earlier practice at Ne’eman Keynan & Co.
