Biography

Tamar Maoz-Knaz advises public and private companies on corporate law, capital markets, securities regulation, commercial matters and labor and employment law. Her work covers corporate governance, securities offerings, ongoing reporting, engagement with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, as well as with the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial and financing agreements.

She also advises on employment and human-resources matters, including hiring arrangements, termination and workforce reductions, compensation and benefits, and the preparation of internal policies and procedures. Her practice frequently requires the integration of corporate, securities, employment and regulatory considerations within a single decision framework.

Her prior experience includes service as a partner at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne'eman Keynan and earlier roles at a leading Israeli law firm and at Ne'eman Keynan & Co.
